DPNM Files Public Records Request for Martinez DA Files

STATE News:

Pursuant to the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act, Democratic Party of New Mexico Chairman Sam Bregman submitted a request April 30 for email and written correspondence between then-District Attorney and Gubernatorial candidate Susana Martinez, her campaign staff and the Third Judicial District Attorney’s office in 2009 and/or 2010. 

The request follows recent reporting that Martinez’s 2010 campaign utilized the DA’s office for overtly political purposes. According to the Mother Jones report

Students 18 Years Old May Register to Vote at LAHS and UNM-LA
