Shop On The Corner To Donate More Than $1,000 For Hurricane Relief Thanks To Community Support

Workers at the thrift Store, Shop on the Corner, located inside Trinity on the Hill Episcopal Church, thank the community for its support during Wednesday’s sale.

All proceeds from the sale will be donated to hurricane relief efforts.

On the job in Los Alamos are members of the Los Alamos Ministerial Alliance at its monthly meeting Sept. 3 at Saint Job of Pochaiv Orthodox Christian Church on Trinity Drive. Over breakfast there were introductions of new ministers and sharing of the happenings in their diverse faith communities. The main topic of discussion was plans for the formation of a stand-alone non-profit (Safe Spaces) to create a women’s shelter in Los Alamos. Proceeds from sales Wednesday at the Shop on the Corner thrift store in the Trinity on the Hill Episcopal Church will be donated to Hurricane Dorian disaster relief.
