Meantime, go shopping, hit the spa, take a nap, or whatever you please.
 
The cost is $40 per child for five hours of worry free child care. Reserve your FIVE HOUR spot TODAY as they are limited and filling up! Time slots are 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., or 4 to 9 p.m., Saturday Dec. 12.

The Los Alamos Indian community celebrated the annual festival of Diwali with family and friends Nov. 14 at Trinity on the Hill Episcopal Church.
 
Diwali is the festival of lights, symbolizing the victory of light over darkness, good over evil. The celebration opened with a moment of silence for peace in honor of the victims of the Paris attacks and continued with a colorful affair with music, dance, a full catered Indian dinner spread, and fireworks for the kids to enjoy.
