Infant/Child CPR And First Aid Class March 14

Learn basic infant and child CPR and first aid to be calmer and more prepared in the event of an emergency.
Certified CPR instructor Steve Bond teaches CPR for infants under 1 year old and children ages 1 year to eight years. He will teach an Infant/Child CPR And First Aid class 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 14 at Family Stengths Network (FSN) in Pueblo Complex on Diamond Drive.
The cost is $40/individual; $55 if certification is required, and $5/family; must be requested at least one week in advance. Register online at www.lafsn.org

The 18th annual Dog Jog is April 25 in White Rock and as part of the annual festivities, the Los Alamos Friends of the Shelter holds a logo contest for children in grades 3-6.

Max Gomez Plays Fuller Lodge March 20
HOTH News:History Off The Hill, a teen travel group not affiliated with the local schools, is bringing musician Max Gomez to Los Alamos Friday, March 20 at Fuller Lodge.

LAFC News:The Los Alamos Fencing Club hosted an end-of-season epee tournament for the YMCA Advanced Fencing class this week.
The finishers include:
- Wesley Terrones (Gold medal);
- Dana Urbatsch (Silver medal);
- Mady Anderson;
- Paige Power; and
- Aiden Monteith.
