Theresa A. Cull-D., files to run for Los Alamos County Council this afternoon in the Municipal Building. Cull joked that she has been ‘bugged’ about running for council for several years but wanted to wait till after she retired from the laboratory. Suzie Havemann-D, files for Los Alamos County Council this afternoon in the Municipal Building. ‘I feel pretty proud I grew up here and I feel fortunate to be able to come back and raise my my kids,’ Havemann said. While she has been active in the community, Havemann said running for council is a way to give back on the policy and decision-making side. Republican Tim Bullock Files For Magistrate Judge

Tim Bullock-R, arrived this morning at the Los Alamos County Municipal Building to file for Magistrate Judge. Bullock is an attorney who has practiced law for several decades in Los Alamos and White Rock as well as other states. He has prosecuted as well as defended in criminal cases. He said he decided to run for Magistrate Judge ‘just for a new challenge’. Bullock has two adopted sons. One is in the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and the second attends Los Alamos High School.
