The Los Alamos Beer Co-op has made great progress in its recent campaign to open a craft brewery in Los Alamos.
Earlier this summer, the Co-op:
- purchased a used 3.5 barrel brewing system from Bosque Brewing in Albuquerque; and
- signed a lease on a brewery and tasting room building in downtown Los Alamos.
Now, with both state and federal licenses submitted for approval and renovations underway at the new brewery location, the Co-op is well on its way to meeting its goal of opening Los Alamos’ first craft brewery in early 2015.
