SANTA FE – New Mexico Department of Health officials announced today 94 new COVID-19 cases.
Los Alamos County reports zero new cases today so the total remains at 532 people who have tested positive for COVID-19. (County totals are subject to change upon further investigation and determination of residency of individuals positive for COVID-19.)
This update includes 5 new deaths in New Mexico related to COVID-19.

Atomic City Transit announces bus stop closures during construction:
…Stop #114 Central Avenue and 6th Street; and
…Stop #115 Central Avenue and 9th Street. This closure will affect Route 1, 2M to the Transit Center.
…Stop # 116 Central and 15th Street continues to be closed during construction. Closest stops will be #119 Central and 20th Street and #404 East Road and Canyon.

The Los Alamos County Project Team presented the DP Road Phase II Roadway and Utility Infrastructure Project at the June 3 Transportation Board Meeting.
Project details including parking alternatives, proposed roadway and utility improvements and project timeline were discussed.

DPS To Present Draft Downtown Master Plans June 15

COUNTY News:
The Dekker/Perich/Sabatini (DPS) project team will present the draft Downtown Master Plans for White Rock and Los Alamos to the Council at 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 15, including the vision, goals, and recommendations for each Downtown area.
Feedback received from the public during the Draft Release Open House held May 6 as well as those comments received during the public comment period that followed will be presented, along with the project team’s responses.
