Los Alamos County Clerk Issues Voter Information Notices For Tuesday June 2, 2020 Primary Election

In response to the ongoing public health crisis, the Los Alamos County Clerk’s Office is preparing to mail out informational notices to county voters encouraging the use of absentee ballots for the upcoming Primary Election, which is still set to occur Tuesday, June 2, 2020.
In addition, this notice includes information regarding legally mandated precinct boundary adjustments made earlier this year, which may have altered a voter’s precinct assignment; boundary districts did not change.

Traffic Alert: East Park E. Pedestrian Entrance/Exit Closed
Traffic Alert:
The east pedestrian entrance/exit at East Park will be closed until further notice to facilitate the construction of sidewalks, irrigation, walls and lighting.
The work is part of the New Mexico Department of Transportation’s construction of the N.M. 502 roundabout on the eastern edge of Los Alamos.
Work by Star Paving is underway and extends from Tewa Loop to the park’s driveway.
The park is still open for use by the public. Visitors should use the west entrance/exit into the parking lot and avoid the construction area along the roadway. Read More
