No Injuries Reported In Friday’s Two-Vehicle Crash
No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident around 3:30-4:30 p.m. Friday that bogged down traffic near the Los Alamos County Airport. Police said that the driver of a red BMW fell asleep and drifted into the oncoming traffic lane and collided with a Toyota truck. Brief Power Outage Wednesday In White Rock
DPU News:
A brief power outage occurred Wednesday afternoon affecting 963 Los Alamos Department of Public Utilities’ customers in White Rock.
The 10 minute outage began at 1:32 p.m. and was restored by 1:42 p.m. DPU electric linemen were replacing an electric utility pole on Monterey. During the repairs the breaker operated at the White Rock substation causing the outage.
The area affected customers west of Rover Boulevard and extended south into Pajarito Acres. Once power was restored, crews completed the pole replacement.
