Century Link Service Expected To Be Restored Wednesday

It is reported on the County’s website that the Century Link internet service outage that has affected the townsite since mid-morning is expected to be restored Wednesday morning.

Los Alamos County provided an update on cell phone and internet service at 3:17 p.m. today. The County reports that General Lumen outage is impacting cell and internet service. 9-1-1is  operational for emergencies only.

High Wind Precaution May Be Put In Place In Los Alamos

With high winds in the forecast for today, March 6 and Friday, March 7, the Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) has alerted Los Alamos County of the possibility for loading all power to Los Alamos onto one transmission line temporarily starting this afternoon.
