SANTA FE – New Mexico state health officials have announced this afternoon the partial total of 747 additional positive tests for COVID-19.

Los Alamos County reports 1 new case today bringing the total to 50 cases that have tested positive for COVID-19.

Today’s update includes 8 new deaths in New Mexico related to COVID-19.

The New Mexico Department of Health reported today the most recent cases:

  • 224 new cases in Bernalillo County
  • 35 new cases in Chaves County
  • 9 new cases in Cibola County

Los Alamos County Clerk Issues Update On Election Night Results Posting In Light Of COVID-19 Pandemic

In light of Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham recently affirming the ban on mass gatherings for the foreseeable future, Los Alamos County Clerk Naomi Maestas announced today that her office will forego Election Night Reporting (in-person) Tuesday, Nov. 3, inside the Municipal Building.
