Author Judith Avila and Nez’s grandson Latham will be coming to Jemez Springs at some point to talk about the book she co-wrote with Chester about his experiences as a Navajo Code Talker during World War II, but this is still an intense period of mourning for the Nez family scheduling is still uncertain.
