Art On Display, Plus Live Art Demonstration And Hands-On Workshop At White Rock Branch Library

White Rock Branch Library is hosting the Pastel Society of New Mexico’s art exhibit for libraries from April 28 to May 26, 2026. As a special event during this show, the PSNM’s award-winning artist, Sarah Blumenschein, will be at the branch library from 1–2:30 p.m., Saturday, May 2, 2026, for a live art demonstration and hands-on workshop.

Free Entry To New Mexico Museums And Historic Sites For Active-Duty Military Through Blue Star Program

SANTA FE — Active-duty military personnel, including National Guard, Reserve, and their families, will receive free admission to the New Mexico Department of Cultural Affairs’ eight museums and eight historic sites this summer through the Blue Star Museums program.

The New Mexico Arts & Military program is launching the campaign to raise awareness of this opportunity for more than 43,000 active-duty military members, National Guard, and their families in New Mexico.
