The Los Alamos Chamber of Commerce March Business Breakfast will feature a presentation on the Los Alamos Beer Co-op by board member Micheline Devaurs.
Devaurs will present the case for the Beer Co-op as a viable economic development model and also bring the audience up to date on the funding model, progress, plans and concept for a Los Alamos tap room.

LA Co+op Celebrates 3rd Birthday Saturday

The Los Alamos Co+op Market will celebrate its three-year anniversary Saturday. Coined its “Tree Year” Anniversary, the Co+op is donating trees to help off-set carbon created by co-op operations.
The Co+op also will support the local environment by sponsoring a seed ball making activity led by the Family YMCA. The wildflower seed balls will later be dispersed on open space land by Family YMCA youth to help beautify community open spaces, especially in areas needing restoration.
