Now’s the time to register for kindergarten for the 2026-2027 school year.

Go to www.laschools.net/families-students/registration for more information and to register using either a computer or smartphone.

Students currently enrolled in the LAPS PreK program enrolling in kindergarten for the 2026-2027 school year may enroll as returning students through the parent PowerSchool portal at https://laps.powerschool.com/public.

NNMC Joins New Mexico Open Educational Resources Consortium To Expand Textbook Affordability

ESPAÑOLA — The New Mexico Open Educational Resources (NMOER) Consortium is proud to announce that Northern New Mexico College (NNMC) has officially joined as its fourth member. As part of this new partnership, NNMC has been awarded a $6,000 grant to promote the use of Open Educational Resources (OER) on its campus, further strengthening the state’s commitment to college affordability.
