Friends of Shelter and Companion Animals (FOSCA) will host the Cowboy Breakfast 7-11 a.m. Sunday, July 7 at the Posse Lodge at 650 North Mesa Road.
 
The menu includes, scrambled eggs, pancakes and bacon and sausage, as well as orange juice and coffee. The cost is $7 for adults and $4 for children age 10 and younger.
