Ruby K’s Bagel Café is about to reach a milestone and achieve a goal. The restaurant is approaching its eighth anniversary and will extend their hours.

Ruby K’s will have its “Eighth Birthday Party Celebration” Feb 22 and 23. The restaurant will serve samples of its new menu items and smoothies.

Los Alamos Community Winds will celebrate light, hope and renewal in their upcoming concert, “Finlandia! and Other Brilliant Lights.”

The concert will take place at 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23 at Crossroads Bible Church. The concert is a benefit for the New Mexico Alzheimer’s Association.

New Mexico Dance Theater Performance Company (NMDT-PC), directed by Susan Baker-Dillingham, presents its February production, “Dancers in Concert,” this weekend at the Duane W. Smith Auditorium.
