SANTA FE — The New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) entered into a settlement agreement with O’Reilly Auto Parts for alleged violations of the state’s public health order and the Occupational Health and Safety Act that resulted in an unsafe workplace at a Santa Fe store.

Under the settlement agreement, O’Reilly Auto Parts will pay $79,200 in penalties.

SANTA FE – New Mexico state health officials announced this afternoon 1,201 additional positive tests for COVID-19.

Los Alamos County reports 2 new cases today … the total is now 301 people who have tested positive for COVID-19.

Today’s update includes 20 new deaths in New Mexico related to COVID-19.

The Los Alamos County Emergency Management Office is coordinating with the New Mexico Department of Health (DOH) to hold a COVID-19 vaccination clinic 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Jan. 11 at Duane Smith Auditorium.
