Father Of Infant Commends World-Class Response By Los Alamos Fire Department

Recently my wife and I had to call 911 because our infant daughter was having a medical emergency. The response by Los Alamos Fire Department (and the community in general) was nothing short of exemplary.

The genuine concern, professionalism, and sub-3-minute response by LAFD helped the recovery of my daughter and provided assurance to my wife and me that we were in good hands. This outstanding response continued when we were transported to UNM hospital in Albuquerque.

Today I want to share a few thoughts with you about doing yoga in a chair and how it can benefit both the beginner and the more advanced student. Next week, I will show you a few more challenging poses you can do in a chair.
