LAPD Clears Main Hill Crash – Traffic Flowing Smoothly

LAPD News:

The Los Alamos Police Department (LAPD) reports that the accident on N.M. 502 (Main Hill) below the twin tanks is cleared and traffic is flowing smoothly.

This accident involved two cars and no injuries were reported.

Traffic Alert: Multiple Car Crash … Avoid Main Hill Road

Traffic Alert:

The Los Alamos Police Department has issued an alert to motorists that a crash involving multiple vehicles has occurred in the westbound lane of N.M. 502 heading up the Main Hill Road (just below the twin tanks).

Police are advising motorists to avoid the left lane, merge right and drive with extra caution.

If at all possible, motorists should avoid the area completely and seek alternate routes to allow first responders to clear the scene. Read More

GALLUP — The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) invites the public to attend an online Public Input Meeting 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 9, to learn about the ongoing Route 66 (NM 118) Corridor Study and provide feedback.

The online Public Input Meeting will begin with an introduction to the study followed by a presentation on the initial alternatives that have been identified by the project team. A Q&A session will follow, offering the public an opportunity to ask questions and provide input.

NMDOT Traffic Alert: Lane Closure I-25 SB In Santa Fe

NMDOT News:

SANTA FE — The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) closed this morning the southbound right lane from mile marker 280 (Santa Fe) to mile marker 278 (N.M. 14/Cerrillos Road).

This closure is necessary for the repair of potholes in the roadway.

Work is expected to be completed by 5 p.m. today.
