Summer is here! As a result of the recent and very welcome spring rains, our local trails are suddenly burgeoning with blossoms. Ingredients:
 
6 Tablespoons of instant cappuccino
2 Tablespoons hot water
1 cup butter, softened
¾ cup sugar
1 egg
2 2/3 cup flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt

Topping:

12 oz white chocolate
3 tablespoons of instant cappuccino
1 ½  tablespoons VERY  HOT water
4 tablespoons sugar
