New owner Victor M. Medina of the Dixie Girl Restaurant at 1789 Central Ave., has developed a new pub menu with weekly liquor specials. (See menu below)
Medina told the Los Alamos Daily Post this morning that the restaurant will be open late Friday and Saturday evening so people can treat their out of town guests to dinner and drinks.

Sunday’s annual Boy Scout Troop 22 Turkey Roast was held at the 50’s diner on Trinity Drive due to snow and ice conditions in the area. American Legion Post 90 offered the troop the use of the 50’s Diner for the event, which raises funds for the troop. Despite the stormy weather, a crowd turned out to eat turkey and all the trimmings and help out a worthy cause at the same time. Photo by Leland Lehman/ladailypost.com
