ALBUQUERQUE — The U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) has given PanTeXas Deterrence LLC (PXD) notice to proceed with the Pantex Plant’s Management and Operations (M&O) contract in Amarillo, Texas.
