Breaking News: Man And Woman Stabbed Overnight

LAPD News:

At 11:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 3, officers with the Los Alamos Police Department were dispatched to an apartment at 3301 Canyon Road in reference to a stabbing and upon arrival located two stabbing victims.

Los Alamos Fire Department arrived and transported both subjects to the Los Alamos Medical Center. One victim, a 27-year-old female from Los Alamos remains at LAMC with minor injuries, while the other victim, a 28-year-old male resident of Los Alamos was flown to UNM Hospital and is in critical condition.

Victoria Espinoza of White Rock was arrested Friday afternoon on an arrest warrant issued by Los Alamos Magistrate Court Judge Pat Casados.

Espinoza was charged with possession of methamphetamine; possession of heroin; selling, disposing, possessing dangerous drugs; possession of marijuana; and two counts of drug paraphernalia for possessing 53 hypodermic needles and a broken glass methamphetamine pipe.

Elias Arellano, 18, of Espanola has been charged with homicide by vehicle (reckless driving), great bodily harm by vehicle, great bodily injury by vehicle and abuse of a child resulting in great bodily harm (intentional or recklessly) in Santa Fe Magistrate Court.

First Judicial District Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer accepted a plea agreement this morning from Dustin Bingham, 37, of Los Alamos in a case involving five charges of criminal sexual contact with minors.

Judge Marlowe Sommer ordered Bingham transported to the Mexico Corrections Department Diagnostic Center in Los Lunas prior to sentencing.
