Ryan Smeltzer predicted very well and was only 5 seconds off for 4 miles at Tuesday’s Atomic City Road Runners weekly Pace Race.
Georgia Pedicini was 11 seconds off for 2 miles, and Nikol Strother’s delta time for 6 miles was 25 seconds.

This weekend’s premier Los Alamos Rock n’ Roll EnduroFest 2 tested the endurance and skill of the best mountain bike riders in the Southwest.
Enduro racing consists mostly of downhill racing, but with an endurance element. The two day, seven stage event features 2,100 feet of elevation gain and more than 7,100 feet of descending.

Progressive Fighting Systems of New Mexico, as part of its global initiative to engage with children in need, will teach special needs children at no charge.
These lessons will be conducted at High Flyers Gymnastics at 15th Street and Central Avenue and can be done with private instruction or with a group of special needs children depending on the needs of the child. The community is invited to attend the Pajarito Beer And Band Party Saturday, Aug. 15 at the Ski Hill. TRIATOMICS CLUB News:
Results of the final Splash n Dash of the 2015 season have been announced and are listed below.
Other upcoming events for the Triatomics Club include a training “Brick” this Saturday. Anyone is welcome but this brick will be targeted toward first timers. We’ll ride and run the course of the Los Alamos Triathlon and spend some time talking about the transitions and pre-race preparations. We’ll leave at 7 a.m. from the front of the Aquatic Center.
