Ark is hosting a yard sale 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday at the First United Methodist Church, 715 Diamond Dr., behind the Lemon Lot and adjacent to Sullivan Field.
The Ark was founded in 1978 and operates as a ministry of the Los Alamos First United Methodist Church.

The New Mexico Conference of Churches (NMCC) has invited all residents of the state to attend a commemoration of the 500th anniversary of the Reformation 2:30-5 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 29 at St. John’s United Methodist Church in Albuquerque.

Bryce Avenue Presbyterian Church is hosting a free event on Halloween — “Tack-and-Treat” — 4:30-6:30 p.m., Oct. 3.
