Los Alamos Golf Course Implements Fall & Winter Hours

COUNTY News:

As of Monday, Sept. 25, operating hours at the Los Alamos County Golf Course will be modified for the fall and winter season.

Fall and winter hours will be as follows:

  • Sept. 25, 2023: all rentals must be returned to the Golf Shop before 6:30 p.m. 
  • Oct. 10, 2023: all rentals must be returned to the golf shop by 6 p.m. 
  • Nov. 6, 2023: the golf shop/golf course will be open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays through Sundays. All rentals are due back by 4:45 p.m.
  • Dec. 4, 2023, the golf shop will be open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. The golf course and practice range will be closed. This schedule

The Los Alamos High School Varsity Hilltoppers Volleyball Team hosted the Volcano Vista High School Hawks from Albuquerque Thursday night at Griffith Gymnasium for a hard fought matchup.

Topper Volleyball Victorious Over Blue Griffins

The Topper Volleyball team welcomes the Santa Fe Prep Blue Griffins to Griffith Gym Tuesday night. The Toppers had little trouble with the Griffins and won the match in three straight sets, 25-12, 25-8 and 25-8. The Griffins were a young team and could not match the power of the Toppers. This win brings the overall record for the Toppers to 5-1. The next outing for the Toppers will be today Sept. 21 against the Volcano Vista Hawks in Griffith Gym.
