Road Closure: Water Repairs Underway In North Community Until 4 p.m. Today

 A portion of 40th Street in North Community is closed to through traffic for emergency water repairs today.

The work is expected to be complete by 4 p.m.

Signs warning motorists of the road closure are placed at the corner of Diamond Dr. and 40th St. as well as at Sycamore St. and 40th St. The affected portion of the streets is approximately in the middle of that street.

Vote Yes For Kids Garners New Grassroots Donors, Raises Over $1 Million In Latest Finance Filing

ALBUQUERQUE — The Vote Yes for Kids (VYFK) campaign, organized to support passage of Constitutional Amendment 1, reported today having raised more than $1 million from hundreds of New Mexicans and early childhood advocates to support their effort.

In filings with the Secretary of State’s office today, Vote Yes for Kids reported contributions totaling more than $1.3 million since its last report in early July.
