BRANDON JOHNSON: Brandon Johnson, 35, of Bernalillo has waived his preliminary hearing in Los Alamos Magistrate Court on a burglary charge and has been bound over to the First Judicial District Court. Johnson was arrested in June 2016 after DNA found on a flashlight he left behind at a residence on Glenview in White Rock was matched to his profile. The Rio Grande and streams flowing out of the Sangre de Cristo mountains are still running high. The Pecos River may be your best bet. Despite heavy flows, the fishing has been fair to good.
