State Awards $92.9M To New Mexico Tribal Communities

SANTA FE — The New Mexico Tribal Infrastructure Fund Board (NMIFB) has announced $92.9 million in awards to Nations, Pueblos and Tribes across New Mexico for transformational infrastructure projects.

Free Admission To National Parks On Memorial Day

In honor of Memorial Day, all National Park Service sites that charge an entrance fee, including Valles Caldera National Preserve (VCNP), will offer free admission to U.S. citizens and residents on Monday, May 25.

Santa Fe National Forest Offices To Close On Memorial Day

SANTA FE — All Santa Fe National Forest (SFNF) District Offices and the Supervisor’s Office in Santa Fe will be closed Monday, May 25, on in observance of Memorial Day. All offices will resume regular business hours Tuesday, May 26.

Memorial Day is a federal holiday that honors all U.S. military personnel who lost their lives while serving in the armed forces, both in times of war and peace.
