2014 Primary Election Voting Machines Are Now Certified and Ready For June 3
Los Alamos County Clerk Sharon Stover enters a sample ballot into one of 11 voting machines certified Wednesday afternoon at the County Clerk’s Office warehouse on the west side of the Municipal Building at 1000 Central Ave. The certification process included verifying that ballots were accepted whether fed into the machines in the front, back, top or bottom direction. Aquatic Center Hosts Dive-in Movie Friday

The Walkup Aquatic Center is hosting a movie party in the pool 7-9 p.m. Friday. The film is “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs.”
The water will be warmed up for viewers to enjoy a theater-like experience while in the pool. Popcorn, treats, beverages, and glow sticks for everybody are included in the admission fee.
Tickets are $5 and can be purchased at the Aquatic Center. The event is limited to 125 participants, so get your tickets early. Read More
