‘I Voted’ Sticker Design Contest Deadline Extended

COUNTY News:

The 2026 “I Voted” Sticker Design Contest is in full swing, and the deadline has been extended to April 14.

The contest is open to students in grades pre-K through 12 to inspire creativity and share the importance of voting and civic participation.

Students must submit their designs to the Los Alamos County Clerk’s Office no later than April 14, 2026.

Each design must include ONE of the following phrases:

  • “I Voted”
  • “I Voted Early”
  • “Future Voter”

County Hosts Spring DEA Drug Take Back Day April 25

COUNTY News:

On Saturday, April 25, 2026, the Los Alamos Police Department will be participating in The DEA Drug Take Back Day. The event will be held from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. in The North Parking Lot (off Central Avenue) of the Los Alamos Police Department. Please follow the posted signs and drive through, to the take back boxes.
