When White Rock resident Kelly Parker retired after a long career as a graphic designer at Los Alamos National Laboratory, she began searching for ways to fill her time.
 
She volunteered in Houston during the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. She traveled to Portugal and worked on a farm. And now, she’s starting a new venture right in her own home: Little Sprouts Kitchen.

Secret City Kitchen Now Open Fridays!

Secret City Kitchen owner Jeremy Varela and his assistant Sanaa Ahmed at the popular eatery monday morning inside the student center in Building 2 on the UNM-Los Alamos campus. They announced that beginning this week, the restaurant is now open Fridays. Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday. Secret City Kitchen also serves Tapas @ The Tub 5-7 p.m. Tuesdays at 163 Central Park Square and offers catering for small get togethers, business meetings and large events.
