Catch Of The Week: Ticket Smishing—It’s Back! But Different!

They’re backkkkkk..well kinda, they did change it up a bit this time.  Now they are claiming to come from the “New Mexico Motor Vehicle Administration”, I guess someone finally told them that NM does not in fact have any toll roads. 

What is smishing? Smishing is phishing via SMS – text message, as opposed to phishing, which is when they try to trick you into giving up sensitive information via email attack.

These attacks started up again this year, and thousands of people have already reported the attacks.

SANTA FE — Santa Fe Literary Review (SFLR), published annually by Santa Fe Community College, is accepting online submissions from July 15 through Nov. 1, 2025.

PED Partners With LANL Foundation And WestEd On Martinez/Yazzie Action Plan

SANTA FE — The New Mexico Public Education Department (PED) announced a partnership with the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) Foundation and WestEd to facilitate the development and drafting of the Martinez/Yazzieremedial action plan.

BELC To Host Day Camp For Youth July 28-Aug.1

Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church (BELC) will host a week-long Day Camp for youth, Monday, July 28 to Friday, Aug. 1.

Designed for children entering Pre-K through 5th grade (in the fall), this camp is “a joyful and faith-filled experience”.
