My column from the last week of September focused on stress, head forward posture or ‘tech neck’ and impaired breathing that I see regularly in the clinic.
This biomechanical issue is commonly responsible for tension headaches, neck, jaw, shoulder and upper back pain. SANTA FE – The statewide requirement that face masks be worn in all indoor public spaces, with only limited exceptions and regardless of vaccination status, will be extended, the Office of Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham announced today.

STATE News:SANTA FE — State health officials announced 879 additional COVID-19 cases today in New Mexico.
Los Alamos County reported 15 new cases today, bringing the total to 766 people who have tested positive for COVID-19. (County totals are subject to change upon further investigation and determination of residency of individuals positive for COVID-19.)

SANTA FE — The Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department’s (EMNRD) Oil Conservation Division (OCD) announces that it has settled a notice of violation (NOV) issued to Enterprise Field Services, LLC (Enterprise) for failing to give timely notice and to submit proper documentation for the closure of a release at the Oxy Sand Dunes North Compressor Station (Oxy Station).
To settle the alleged violations Enterprise agreed to pay a civil penalty of $90,000 and to take actions to prevent the violations from occurring again.
