NMED Launches Webform Reporting Tool For Employers

In an effort to continue to ensure New Mexico workplaces are safe, to help businesses safely stay open during the COVID-19 pandemic, and to make it easier, more efficient and more accurate to report positive COVID-19 cases among employees, the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) launched a new webform for employers.
Through the online portal, employers are able to not only report positive employee cases within 4 hours as required by regulation, but also to simultaneously complete the rapid response process.

NMDOH Lifts Lodging Restrictions During Extreme Weather
NMDOH News:
SANTA FE – The current COVID-19 restrictions on lodging capacity are suspended during times of extreme weather conditions and road closures.
While all other restrictions remain in place, occupancy limits will be determined by what the local Fire Marshall (or equivalent for the area) has previously determined.
The New Mexico Department of Health (NMDOH) realizes that road conditions may be dangerous and encourages people to stay home or in their present shelter if possible.
