New Year’s Eve Skate Celebration At Los Alamos Ice Rink

The Los Alamos County Ice Rink is hosting a New Year’s Eve celebration to welcome the New Year.
The party begins at 8 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 31 and comes to a close at 1 a.m. Monday, Jan. 1, 2024.
Music may be heard into the late evening hours by neighboring residents. However, all are welcome to join the festivities. Complete with a minicarnival, music, popcorn, bubbling cider and a Ball Drop countdown at midnight, the Ice Rink is the perfect place to ring in the New Year.
General admission is $4 per youth and senior, and $6 per adult, as well as a $4 skate rental fee.

Pajarito Mountain opened Dec. 15 with over half its trails in operation, thanks to 15 plus inches of snow that fell in 24 hours.
The mountain operations crew worked tirelessly to get the most terrain going for opening day.
