During October 2020, the state’s real estate market continued to be a bright spot in New Mexico’s COVID-19 economy.

“2,431 October sales were reported to the New Mexico Association of REALTORS (NMAR). Schools, Council And Public Weigh In On Proposed North Mesa Housing Project During Special Joint Meeting

The question of whether to pursue a housing project on approximately 30 acres of land on North Mesa remains under consideration.

Los Alamos County Council and the Los Alamos School Board discussed the potential project Oct. 29 during a special joint work session.

LAPS, Council Holding Virtual Joint Session To Set Next Steps For North Mesa Housing Thursday Oct. 29

The North Mesa Housing Study will move to the next step at 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 29, when Los Alamos County Councilors meet on Zoom with the Los Alamos Public School Board in a joint session.
