Majority Of Realtors® Continue To Report Sellers Haven’t Lowered Listing Prices To Attract Buyers

WASHINGTON, D.C. — More than 3 in 4 Realtors® working with sellers this week – 76 percent – reported their clients haven’t reduced listing prices to attract buyers, according to a new survey from the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).

As the Governor’s stay-at-home order extends through April and becomes stricter, Los Alamos County continues to discuss how to best respond.
