The Santa Fe Institute is hosting a community event premiere screening of The Majesty of Music & Math at 4 p.m., Sunday Aug. 5, at the Lensic Performing Arts Center, 211 W. San Francisco St., in Santa Fe.
 
In June of 2017, New Mexico PBS, The Santa Fe Symphony and the Santa Fe Institute collaborated to tape The Majesty of Music & Math at The Lensic Performing Arts Center.

Celebrate Fourth Of July With Los Alamos Community Services Department 2-5 p.m. At Overlook Park!

The Los Alamos County Community Services Department is hosting a FREE Community Party, 2-5 p.m. July 4 at Overlook Park.

Come out and enjoy hot dogs, cold beverages and icy treats. Play a game of ladder golf, corn hole, or giant checkers. Kids can enjoy the bounce house, and everyone can play in the sprinklers or enjoy a water balloon fight.

The Santa Fe Opera and the Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado are presenting the first apprentice concert of the 2018 season at the Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado.

This free concert at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday, features four young singers from The Santa Fe Opera’s Apprentice Singer Program:

  • Soprano Shannon Jennings;
  • Mezzo-soprano Gillian Cotter;
  • Tenor Elliot Paige; and
  • Baritone Kenneth Stavert.
