Johnny Russell Harper was born in San Francisco, California to parents Grant and Beatrice Harper. He was raised at the farm in Redrock, NM. After Johnny received his Master of Science Degree in Radiological Science in 1971, he moved to Los Alamos to start his career with University of California at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). Johnny worked at Los Alamos until he retired in 2010.

He is survived by his wife Margaret of Corrales, NM and son Aaron of McPherson, Kansas. He is also survived by his sister Robin Wilson of Tucson, Arizona.

Sue was born on June 17, 1933 in Tucson, AZ to the late Jamie Gambrell and Hal Lynn Kerr. Sue grew up in Socorro, and then Los Alamos, NM, where she was in one of the first graduating classes of Los Alamos High School (1951) and met the love of her life, Ray. Sue and Ray worked at the Los Alamos National Laboratory for many years, raising their two daughters, Susan Marie and Nancy Ann.

Fredie Nelson Farnsworth, 88, beloved father, grandfather, and great grandfather, decided to celebrate the New Year in heaven. He passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on January 1, 2018.

Fredie was born in Klamath, CA, in 1929 in a small Indian village where his parents were missionaries. He always told the story that an Indian midwife delivered him, held him up, and made a pronouncement in her native tongue (which he would quote). Jack was born in 1931 in Lorain, OH to the late John and Julia Carlson.
