National Day Of Prayer To Be Held May 4 at Ashley Pond

Bible-based believers in Jesus Christ will gather for prayer and worship on the Annual National Day of Prayer 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Thursday at the Ashley Pond Pavilion.
This year marks the 66th observance of the National Day of Prayer. The theme, based on Daniel 9:19, is “For Your Great Name’s Sake!”
Thursday, Christians will gather across the country to pray for our nation’s federal, state and local governments, schools, businesses, media, military, churches and families. The purpose is to mobilize prayer, personal repentance and righteousness in culture.
