In this week’s stocking report there are several stockings of small rainbow trout that number in the tens-of-thousands.

The Los Alamos County Recreation Division has announced that beginning in April 2024, Los Alamos County Aquatic Center staff will be offering swim lessons, in addition to contract instructors, 505 Swimming and Anna Zhang.

The Los Alamos High School Hilltoppers girls varsity softball team hosted the Academy Chargers Saturday at home.

The Chargers jumped out to an early 4 run lead in the top of the 1st inning. The Toppers could only answer with three runs.

In the 2nd inning the Toppers gained momentum and rallied back to tie the matchup 5-5.

Los Alamos Golf Course An Active Construction Site

COUNTY News:

With the onset of the golf season, the staff of the Los Alamos Golf Course, Capital Projects and Facilities, and Mid-America Golf would like to take this opportunity to alert the public about the ongoing activities at the golf course, as it is an active construction site.

While the course will open for play starting Monday, March 11, it will be impacted heavily by the contractor, its crews and equipment.

LAHS Girls Wrestling Team Wraps Up Successful Season

The LAHS Girls Wrestling team has wrapped up a successful season that included hard work, team building and individual growth. ‘We are extremely proud of all of the work that these young ladies put in this year.
