The Los Alamos County Historic Preservation Advisory Board is scheduled to meet 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 2 in Room 110 of the Municipal Building at 1000 Central Ave.

Author Talk/Writing Workshop: Diné Poet Loley April 5

The Los Alamos Public Library will host New Mexico-born Diné poet and novelist, Manny Loley Saturday, April 5 at Mesa Public Library.

Loley will begin an author talk at 1 p.m. sharing his work, his path as a writer, and the role of storytelling in the region. Following the author talk, Loley will lead a free writing workshop 2-4 p.m. for wordsmiths of all experience levels.
