Los Alamos police charged a Los Alamos woman overnight with making false claims and they have issued her a summons to appear in court.
Genevieve M. Salas, 20, told police that a tall Hispanic man in a dark hoodie jumped out of nowhere and threw her over his shoulder as she approached her car in the UNM-LA parking lot around 9:10 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30.
