Just nine days after Los Alamos Magistrate Judge Pat Casados opted to keep Victoria Espinoza in jail on a cash only secured bond for $3,000 unless she can be admitted to an inpatient drug treatment facility, Espinoza is out of jail after her $3,000 bond was paid. She is slated for a Dec. 1 preliminary hearing in Magistrate Court.

Hazel Bucholz, 19, will remain in custody until her Dec. 1 preliminary hearing in Los Alamos Magistrate Court, following a ruling by Judge Pat Casados Friday.
Bucholz was arrested in Rio Rancho on a warrant after she failed to appear for her Oct. 27 preliminary hearing before Judge Casados.

First Judicial District Attorney Marco P. Serna’s office has announced the findings of the Officer Involved Shooting Review Committee’s evaluation of the investigation of the shooting death of Andrew James Lucero by Santa Fe Police Ofc. Leonardo Guzman.
