Frank Kuzminski, left, son of Jozef and Barbara Kuzminski of White Rock, New Mexico, was promoted to Colonel in the United States Army during a ceremony at the Pentagon on Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2026. Colonel Kuzminski graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2004. He has served in various operational and strategic assignments during his career.
