Gulley became AOT Deputy Division Leader in September 2019 after having served as acting DDL since late 2018. Previously, Gulley was the Accelerator Operations Group Leader in AOT for about 8 years. State Fair Accepting Applications For Seasonal Positions

ALBUQUERQUE — The New Mexico State Fair is now accepting applications for seasonal positions in preparation for the 2025 event, slated to take place September 4-14, 2025. The application is available for download on the State Fair’s website under the “General Info” tab.

State Urges Flood-Affected Workers To Apply For Unemployment Benefits

ALBUQUERQUE — The New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions is awaiting federal approval and guidance to offer Disaster Unemployment Assistance (DUA) to workers whose jobs were affected by the flooding in Ruidoso. New Mexico Supreme Court Clarifies State Law Limiting Attorney Fees In Workers’ Compensation Cases

SANTA FE – The New Mexico Supreme Court ruled today that people hurt in a workplace accident may qualify for separate awards of attorney fees for subsequent injuries stemming from their initial injury.

In a unanimous opinion, the Court concluded that a state agency worker was entitled under the Workers’ Compensation Act to recover up to $22,500 in attorney fees – a cap imposed by the law – on other injuries suffered after a slip-and-fall at the workplace.
