Starting Thursday, your local senior centers will count down the days for you to help them make a difference.
The Los Alamos Retired and Senior Organization (LARSO), would like to spotlight, Neighbors Helping Neighbors, as we head toward “Make A Difference Day” Saturday, Oct. 24.
The day, originally held in 1992 by USA Weekend, was established to help encourage us to take one day a year to try to make a difference in the world. The goal is for everyone to come together and help the people who need it the most.
