County Aquatic Center Shares Fitness Schedule For March

COUNTY News:

During the month of March the Aquatic Center at 2760 Canyon Road will not offer long course set up. Long course set up will return 6-10:30 a.m., Mondays and Wednesdays in April.

The aerobics classes resume normal schedule in March as follows:

Monday & Wednesday:

  • 9-10 a.m.: Deep Water Fun & Fitness
  • 11 a.m.-12 p.m.: Therapy Fun & Fitness
  • 5:30-6:30 p.m.: Shallow Water Aerobics

Monday:

  • 11 a.m.-12 p.m.: SUP Yoga

Tuesday:
